We understand that plans change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order, date or time whenever possible. Since all items are custom-made Zono's reserves the right to charge a cancellation/change fee if insufficient time is given due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. It is entirely up to Zono's discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. All orders must be canceled 14 days prior to the pickup/delivery date. Payments, (minus supply costs), will be returned upon cancelation.
